Any attempt to break it could be litigated as breach of contract and subjected not just to stiff financial penalties but also injunctions, ruining the point in the first place. This just sounds ridiculous and a little hard to believe... At this point in time it seems way more unhealthy to continue having the Reserved List than reprint the cards in a very limited form.
