1. Inspect the fingerprint to find a match for Agent Fuchsia. Now you know she's carrying the time.
2. Dame was carrying a heavy weapon. Because we know Fuchsia was carrying the only other heavy weapon, it means Dame had the monster costume. Dame cannot be in the Moat because she's the wrong birthday which means the monster costume cannot be in the moat which means the leather gloves are in the secret room. Since Dame is also the shortest character that means she can't be in the forest either putting her into the great hall with the monster costume.
3. Back to Agent Fuchsia, she can't go to the moat because wrong birthday and can't be in the secret room because the gloves are there so she's in the forest with the tome that we know she was carrying.
4. That leaves two suspects, based on the birthday we know who has to be in the moat with the squirrel and the squirrel is explicitly the murder weapon.

This is not at all a viable way for any sort of psychic or ghost thing to happen. The closest you get is electrodes stuck to your scalp, to control machines for simple tasks.

I'm not an industry expert by any means but dropping a high-budget walking simulator where the main gameplay gimmick is hearing auditory hallucinations and doing so with no marketing or advertising whatsoever doesn't seem like a good idea
