No there's something inherently wrong with it. Quantifying it is the issue since I've never been against gays. in commander sure, if your playgroup is lower power I always suggest switching out the crazy tutors like vampiric and demonic for more watered down and synergistic ones like dark petition or mausoleum secrets
but ultimately your commander deck is gonna be built around a commander and should have a gameplan revolving around it so as long as your commander is vito while its not always exquisite blood that wins you the game it should be along the same lines like sometimes its sanguine bond or gray merchant etc.
