A reality show with a prize at the end (vs something like Housewives) is definitely distinct from what we'd consider to be a gameshow like Jeopardy American Idol is slightly different, but Survivor and especially Apprentice have individual events with their own prizes all throughout that basically function like mini game show segments. If these places were 80% video games and 20% movies (instead of the opposite) maybe they would have had more success. I kinda miss being able to grab a game and beat it in a week/weekend. Now I have to spend $60 dollars on Miles Morales which I'm never going to play again after a few weeks. Well, most rental places typically lost money on games, which lead to several of them setting longer minimum rental periods. If he was in Florida, it gets dicey. Technically the Georgia law would weigh more than Florida law since the recording physically happened in Georgia, though it's not as clear cut. EDIT: Precedent seems to suggest Georgia law may prevail since Georgia had the larger stake in the content and interest of the call. Realistic is not making assumptions at all. Right now, we should have zero expectations, because right now we have nothing suggesting anything is changing right now. We can't just assume each state is going to come up with a plan on their own that will put us on pace because, right now, there's nothing to suggest that is happening.
