Salty and toxic behavior didn't, but MOBA's in of itself help it because of how dependent you are on your teammates which makes it very easy to blame it all on them if you're losing a game. It's why when it comes to competitive games, I prefer Fighters because you have no one to blame but yourself... and sometimes lag because majority of Japanese fighters have shitty netcode for their online.

Never played Outer worlds but Fallout 4 was extremely mediocre. All roleplaying elements were non existent and it was just a big budget action/building game. It's nice for some people but for RPG fans it was a big disappointment.

DC heroes tend to be more perfect. Marvel heroes are more realistic and flawed. But that makes for better stories usually
