Why are people always so desperate to place blame in these situations and dole out punishments? Everything is a call for blood.

Why not figure out how both people in this situation came to be in their position and how to avoid it in the future. We don't know why the kid ran, we don't know why the cop shot him. Maybe the kid ran because he was afraid of ending up in this situation in the first place, right or wrong? Maybe the cop fired because he was scared for his life rather than being a hateful racist.

But nah, someone's head has to end up on a pike.

Civil War was a good movie, but the whole reasoning behind the accords was pretty bogus. The Avengers were getting blamed for things they had zero control over, and the death counts would've been outrageously higher if they didn't get involved.

New York? The council was going to NUKE New York to stop the aliens, which would've resulted in a death toll in the millions. The Avengers not only defeated the aliens but also stopped the nuke.

Washington? HYDRA launches their helicarriers intending to assassinate thousands of potential threats to HYDRA. Cap not only prevents this from happening but also takes out HYDRA in the process.

Sokovia? That's on Tony Stark's hands alone since he's the one that made Ultron. No need to blame the rest of the team for that one.

Also both Aladdin and Hercules had some very top tier cartoons back in teh day. I'm still waiting on the Aladdin series to be put on Disney+ and I'm upset its not already.

Superman. The part that doesnt make sense is how they try to make him interesting by making him weak or struggle to do things. He would never struggle with anything.

The quality has obviously gone down a bit over the years, with some folks leaving(I do think it sucks that Mike left), James having less of a hand in the writing of AVGN episodes and such, but it's still usually fairly solid with the occasional gems (Earthbound was fantastic). And anytime he's just talking about movies it's always interesting and entertaining.

I've noticed over the years the Cinemassacre has one of the worst fanbases for such a cool and chill dude behind the camera.

The problem here is that his AVGN fame was kind of a fluke. James is a movie first games second kind of guy. He made the first avgn video when he was in a shitty mood because how stressful his job was at the time. A lot of people related to him and his frustration because old games back then were ruthless af, like the first episode with Castlevania: Simon's Quest. The problem now is that he kind of played all the games that mattered to him in his childhood and now he has to "act" angry when you can tell he's just phony it in.

You can tell his passion is in movies just by watching some of his review videos on them. He's a lot more knowledgeable about them and gives really cool insights. He's especially a fan of monster movies, b-level movies, and practical effects. He has great appreciation for them, but sadly those videos aren't what is bringing in the dough for him.
