I'd also be fine if the weight was towards winning rather than losing (i.e. best team to miss the playoffs gets best odds) so that the emphasis was always to win. It's one of my biggest pet peeves in basketball that the lotto odds are weighted towards the worst teams and it's not like I'm a fan of a good team. I'm a Magic fan so I benefit from the current system. |

Both had lingering minor symptoms for like 2 months. My wife didn't get it when I first got it. Second time she got it like a day before me and got it far worse than me. Didn't get the lingering symptoms I got though. |

But the league incentivizing losing is not an integrity issue nor is an owner paying a head coach to lose games. Obviously players shouldn't be betting on games but it's hard to maintain integrity when some teams aren't even playing to win and the league/media encourages it |

In the 4th quarter alone the Clippers were given 25 FTs after receiving 2 FTs total in the previous 3 quarters. The refs only called a single foul against the Clippers in the 4th (with 40 seconds left). The refs even took away a 3 from the Magic after the fact for being out of bounds when the replay showed he was in bounds. His heel was above the line but his heel never touched the floor. They completely changed what was being called a foul in the 4th but only for the Clippers. |

Or get a cheap one in FA and possibly have to accrue dead money if I had to cut them to get under cap. |

I pointed out who the backup PG and SF was that season (Jerian Grant and Wes Iwundu) since I didn't think people would remember. Iwundu got his panties in a twist about it and complained about people involving him in 'BS takes' I even followed up the initial statement (before Iwundu got involved) by saying I loved Iwundu for the Magic. I did not think it was a particularly hot/bs take to suggest that a high lottery rookie who is playing lights out would have been an improvement over a backend rotation guy who is out of the league. |

Went up for a dunk, got hit that so hard in the face that it broke his protective goggles and yet the ref still called no foul. He then threw his goggles on the floor near the ref and got ejected and a $35k fine for it. I hate players being punished for the refs being incompetent. There was physical evidence of the foul being missed. |
