I really like the pure leaf mango / peach hibiscus brand tea you buy in a pack of 6, or honest teas. I guess I splurge way too much on those 'fancy' teas.

Boil tea on the stove then when it's done brewing pour it into a heat proof pitcher filled with ice.

The tea isn't going to brew that way. It takes time for the tea compounds to infuse into the water. temperature greatly affects the rate that it happens. Hence, you use boiling or near boiling water + a few minutes of steeping.

You can try cold brewing tea. It takes 12 hours, give or take a few hours depending on your taste. 1 teabag per 8 oz of water, and let it sit in room temperature or colder water.

I've had sun tea before. It's supposedly dangerous though.

Yes, tea is awesome. Confound those damned coffee drinkers and their endless wittering about "real" coffee and "which blend is best" and "not being them until they've had their coffee". Tea just soldiers on quietly, dignified, and being super.

Most of my tea is from Harney and Sons, which I buy online. I don't really buy tea from the grocery stores because there's no loose leaf. (bagged tea typically has tea ground into a dust, which can adversely affect the taste). I don't really have a gauge on what's good of the supercheap stuff that you can find almost anywhere. I like Taylor's of Harrogate's english breakfast.

Harney and Son's most popular stuff is their flavored stuff, since they're catering to a popular market, but they also sell a wide base of renown teas at reasonable prices. I mostly drink plain black tea.

Today's tea: 2 pints of Yunnan black tea.

What do you think of Bigelow or Celestial Seasonings?

If you want passable shonen trash to read, there ya go, you found some. If you want a great story to read, don't read shonen except hxh cause somehow it beat the formula.

Well usually anime also tends to change things. Hajime no Ippo anime cut out so much plot and character development yet gets praised a lot. Probably because of how overrated Madhouse is.

Anyone who has seen the show knows its not at all light-hearted. Its about overcoming the seemingly impossible gargantuan task of overcoming a dark hole in the ground that causes debilitating curses, mutates and kills with no mercy. Its not even a mild level of dark, theres literally painful horrid scenes of breaking someones arm so they can amputate the poisoned limb, and a twisted man who revels in experimenting on children wit weird deluded abyss curses by forcing them the ascend muliple levels at a time and watches as their bodies break apart into bloody messy abombinations. I actually had to walk out of the room for that first thing when I saw it for the first time and Im 28.

I heard it has a lot of lolis too.

Got a good deal on a Sega Genesis Mini ($34.99 U.S.). The game selection did not make it worth full price, IMO, but what I paid seems about right. Funniest part of the whole thing was the NES Classic and SNES Classic were retailing at three and four times that price, respectively.

If Nintendo does the N64 Classic, as rumored, I might just pre-order that and save myself trouble.

One of several reasons why I prefer the (first) anime version of Sailor Moon. I find the manga hard to read.

Not sure what they could include in a N64 mini that hasn't been remade already or rereleased.
