Eating soft food, using the litter box (with only a few mistakes here and there), and even playing with my pups. And climbing on all sorts of things. No it's definitely younger than that for "at most". I would say 4-5 weeks. The one cat I had was around that size and definitely younger than 6-7 weeks.
