The issue is that actual news and articles often gets buried and completely ignored by the waves of absolute bullshit posts from certain users here.

I know personally that I check out almost entirely during any kind of redsox wankfest or similar until it's settled down, and any news brought up during it is gonna get glossed over.

They're another damage type, but they're pretty obnoxious and unwieldy to use because of the ammo restrictions. It's one of those things where, generally speaking, having the option of using it is better than actually using it IMO.

They show them all on the PS4 start screen. Pretty spoilery of the game.

They do this on the PS3 too. The background when your have the cursor over the game shows all the party member cut-ins.

Glancing through the manga, it looks like the same thing happened there.

The stand was named on one of the chapter title pages (Which also says that Josuke and Okuyasu figured that out while trying to help Koichi), but I don't see it ever actually named/called out in a chapter.

I'm not certified, but the courses I took on this subject in school lead me to believe that the cert is 100% worthwhile if you actually are interested in doing PM things.

For you in particular, as was already said, if you want to stay in theater you probably don't need it. But it would open a lot of doors for other sorts of things if you're looking for a change of pace.
