The development of Hill is endearing and the charisma of Robert Preston in the role was able to turn an inherently awful character into an strangely unlikely hero. Hill straddles a line of condescension and earnestness in every lie he weaves, and the result is just fantastic. It's clear that, if you were ever going to be bamboozled by someone, Hill is the one who will make you feel the best while it happens. And that's a bizarre contradiction of terms, yet it still somehow works throughout The Music Man. I agree! How big of a problem is starting this late into the game? The main mobile game I play is Fate/Grand Order and you miss out on a ton by starting that one late, including many limited run and event welfare servants. I tried to start FGO and GBF at the same time about mid last year and I find GBF much more confusing and intricate with so many features already. It recaps the characters' journeys to this point and how they are still friends despite the horrible living conditions and their regrets. It's weirdly uplifting. I suppose it is only For Now repeated near the end but then it's ok because it's ~deep~, you know? With each 'for now', it makes you think. Also George Bush lol yeah and now we have Trump. Thanks Obama. Riesling I thank the creators for making this song because I can use it to console my friends who are going through hard times without sounding preachy. 17. American Idiot From American Idiot: The Musical Nominated by Johnbobb This is nice. It's always been my favorit Green Day song (not that I know of any other) but it's still so good. The call for rebellion against big corporates and medias who can brainwash the populace is a cool message and it's just very energetic. However, despite that it's being adapted to the stage it's not very theatrical...it still sounds mostly like a band song that doesn't necessarily have to be in a musical (makes sense since it's a jukebox musical, I guess...but I digress). I looked up the staging for this song and it's...not very theatrical still. Logan was tremendously good. And I'm kinda glad I haven't watched the HISHE for this until I'm ranking. It's surprisingly very long, or rather, it's the full duration of the song (I like Honest Trailers' parodies too but they usually end too fast) but very funny throughout. The melody is taken wholesale from the original song so of course it's good. Congrats on making the Top 20. Riesling I love parodies. This is no exception. 19. I Won't Say (I'm in Love) From Hercules Nominated by Underleveled Oh man, I love this. It's the official Tsundere (tm) anthem. Meg and the muses make a great point-counterpoint duet, and Susan Egan's vocal color is really distinctive. The muses powerful yet soft tones really bring the song together. Riesling This song pushed Hercules up in my favorite Disney musical list. Basically you have the match pics and a button "Randomize My Vote" then it'll cast your vote to one of the characters in the match. 2. Middle Man It's a three-way contest. However, the entrant who wins 2nd place will move forward instead of the 1st placer. 3. Losers Only Only characters who have never previously won or survived a match in a GameFAQs Contest can enter the contest. (Other people on B8 have expressed this concept recently as well.) 4. All Fictional Characters All fictional characters from all medium can be nominated. 5. One Vote per IP Only one vote is allowed per IP THROUGHOUT the contest. So if you have voted this round you can't vote the next round. 6. Electoral Voter Each GameFAQs board's vote will be represented by one user, whose vote will have different weight depending on the board's activity level and average active user count. 7. As Belle goes on a morning walk to make fun of the poor provincial people, the folks sing back to her in revenge. It really makes the village feels alive and introduces you to Belle, Gaston, and Le Fou really well. You already know their repute and their personality. It's no surprise this song is often parodied. Because it's almost genre-defining. Riesling This song is a very good set up song and describes many things very well. It's fun too! 22. Little Shop of Horrors From Little Shop of Horrors Nominated by Prince_Karo Alan Menken is a very talented man and LSoH is once of his best works. It's so catchy and fun. It's strong. Though since it's a bit one note it might get just a bit repetitive as it goes on. But since it's really good I don't really mind.
