I feel like having dinner on your first date is one of the worse options a man can choose from since there's so many things that can go wrong. First of all, she's probably going to order something light like a vegetable dish or 2-3 pieces of scallops as her main dish. You're going to think WTF while you order a big ass steak plate. Next you guys are having an okay conversation and next thing you know, she's already done with her plate while you're not even 1/3 through the damn plate so now its really awkward as fuck. IMO living closer to workplace is far more worth it than living 1-2 hours away. Yes, the cost of living is expensive but at least you'll be less than 20 minutes away from work and there's a lot of stuff to do in the city. Sure you can have a nice home and lower cost of living an hour or two away, but what do you do in case of an emergency? You're pretty much fucked.

In my area, there are two types of project areas. One is a housing unit where you cant have an annual income of more than $30K or $60K with your spouse combined. These areas (at least in my neighborhood) are predominantly occupied by whites and asians and you see decent vehicles around here, but so far I think the most expensive I've seen here are modern M series cars.

Then there is the true ghetto which is by the shores and has multiple units and complex and is predominantly occupied by blacks and mexicans. Pretty sure these neighborhoods only house people that have very low income (no more than $10K probably) but you'll see there are more luxury vehicles in these neighborhoods but older models of Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Range Rover, etc. You'll see a few modern ones but they're mostly driven by older folks.

I'm seeing a lot more whites and asians move into low income neighborhoods and have Lexus's and M series cars parked outside their home.... wtf?
