Some people just prefer to be alone or like you just don't have anyone to go with, I don't see why it matters.

It does feel weird to sit alone and eat in a restaurant. If it's just me, I'd rather eat at home or in the car.

I mean, EVERY time? Yeah, it's kinda sad. But doing it every now and then isn't bad. Though it depends on the person. If they do it and don't feel lonely or whatever, then who cares?
