The Battle of Bunker Hill is one of the best quests I do love it. Its hard when youre hostile to factions. I never knew how tough a Railroad Heavy could be.

The railroad main quests eventually stop and they tell you just to do what the Institute says till a certain point. Im not sure after what Institute quest they start giving you quests again but you may have already passed it. But the Railroad and Institute quests go similar till the end because youre basically acting in your role as a secret agent. You might already be at that point tho because the Railroad/Institute choice is up very soon.

I think you are furthest along in the Institute plot because the next missions after the meeting are breaks with the Railroad first and then the Brotherhood. Itll warn you but you might want to go do more main quest for both of those other factions before you go much further with the Institute. Unless you just want to keep with the Institute.

Theres also the the option of the Minuteman ending which all you have to do is make yourself hostile with the Institute. If you dont capture the synths after Bunker Hill and the conversation on the roof with Father doesnt go well you immediately become hostile to the Institute. Sounds like you got through the conversation tho. Minuteman ending might be the fastest. (Its based on how many settlements you have and theyll tell you to go get more till theyre strong enough)

Tell them just to get the dialogue. That quest is bugged and the BoS and Railroad show up either way.

Oh yes, if you like story driven RPGs than you should absolutely give New Vegas a chance again. It just suffers from being a little older these days.

Speaking of, if you've never played the F4 DLC I highly recommend to you that you explore Far Harbor. I wish the rest of the game was as good as Far Harbor both in story and gameplay. Not that the rest of F4 is bad by any means, Far Harbor is just that excellent.

I feel like they should have had the dragons, the Whites, and (maybe) Bran die before the finale- and then all the surviving political shakers come out and have an intrigue throw-down. I always wanted Baelish to make it and sit on the Iron Throne for maybe an hour before someone else got him. He made it.

I think the show would have been vastly improved had the major twist been that Dany and Jon are (predictably) both candidates for the throne like everyone assumed and then, with six episodes left (in my fantasy the last season would have had more episodes), Bran reveals his hand as the main and final antagonist of the show after the White Walkers were defeated. I read an article once that proposed that when Bran says he isn't Bran anymore he means it- he's the former old man Raven that didn't really die now inhabiting Bran's body which makes him Brandon Bloodraven, the Targaryen. Which explains why he hates both Jon and Dany and wants them against each other.

I love The Good Place, it's amazing, tho I could do with less Brent

You have to support corporations in order to live in our society. Its built around supporting corporations. Thats what capitalism is. Thats why news is important; you know, to get the word out about bad shit that goes down? To do the bare minimum to be as moral as possible? If you hear a place is evil the proper response isnt oh well everything is evil *keeps eating there* its to stop! And to stop every single time. And hopefully enough people do it so they can know in some small way that these actions have consequences. They need to know that there is some consequence. Thats all we can do unless we burn it all down.

Well, it's not virtue signalling if you were actually a customer and then stopped. That's a real expression of speech and market pressure.

And the corollary is that if you were never a customer, then you can't say shit. All you can do is virtue signal. That's what I've been saying to Santa etc (and now, surprise, Extha).

That's why GGers got so incredibly sensitive and pissed by that gamasutra article. It called them out for not actually being a customer of the gaming industry just because they play 1 game now and then and then angrily post about it online the rest of the week. The implication being all they can do is virtue signal since as non-customers they have no power.

Fortunately, when we point out the atrocities that the US government and the global economy commits with our money, we are ALL customers and we ALL have a voice in that. So really that's what the tuff guys ITT should be talking about.

I loved to eat at chick fila like I said earlier. It was good and didnt make me sick. I also played overwatch almost everyday. Completely agree. Well-written. I loved the Dany character arc laid out. The most infuriating thing is how easily they could have made it super good but they consistently made the worst choices.

There's literally a million worse things our money has gone to before CFA, half of which we are definitely aware of and just try not to think about. It's just easier to argue about a chicken sandwich because it's so insignificant.

People who pearl clutch about this are the absolute most delusional of all of us. They really believe their use of money is moral just because they don't go to CFA. It's incredibly ignorant and damaging.

The difference is choice, dont you understand? Were forced to give our money to the government under penalty of our one life being destroyed. You arent forced to give your money to someone who loudly chuckles evilly as he hands you a sandwich and then offhandly mentions how hes going to hand your money straight over to a foundation dedicated to the eradication of LGBT. Youre just trying to make the act of doing nothing and your apathy seem moral so you can continue not doing anything. Its easier to critique than to do. If we cant even get people not to buy a chicken sandwich how are we going to get them to care about anything bigger than that. It seems almost hopeless.
