Summary: 3 Mar-a-Lago Members are damn near running the VA. FOIA requests show tons of E-Mails of them providing "counsel" to high level VA officials. My theory is that the opponent hired a third party to make it, but that third party supports his opponent. There's no other way the background music would be so... cheerful.
