I didn't ask any of those questions when I interviewed people, my phone interviews generally took under 20 minutesi wouldn't mind doing that tbh haha. or even if they came up with tasks or fictional scenarios that they have prepared. but i just hate when they put you on the spot with something out of the blue. it's not a good way to measure how people would be like in a real life situation --- |
