Since the pandemic I've upped the anti on my personal health. I feel so much better taking vitamens, but I do every other day since I feel like being in the sun for hours everday already makes me feel good.

yeah i've been taking multivits + cod liver oil since january this year and i've been less sick and feel like it's having a positive effect on my health

I take ACV, potassium and magnesium daily. Also occasionally take fish oil, zinc, DIM, bile salts, choline, and D3/K2.

How do you feel better? I never noticed anything. It could be that I'm combining it will a slightly better diet and a lot more exercise. I also have read that you just pee vitamins out, but I believe that's why they say to take them in the middle of a meal.
