Well, the lazy way of making shortbread.you sound like you're a pro at baking it's only something that i got into during lockdown. normally i'm more into cooking Funkydog posted... Not as much as I would like lately, but do like to make myself my own baked treats when I can, generally muffins though. Long as I can get to Tesco or somewhere, easy enough to get various alternatives I need. Do sometimes just make traditional cakes and things when my nephews visit or I see them though as they love helping out (and actually strangely DO help rather than just eat out the mix bowl afterwards)oh man if i were your nephew i would love going round to yours for some baked treats >.> when i was a kid my aunt used to give me 1 every time we went over to her place and i would end up spending it on a chocolate bar or something. i loved small things like those Medussa posted... https://www.modernhoney.com/the-best-snickerdoodle-cookie-recipe/i'll check out that recipe, thanks man --- |

Then found out a director I work with also baked some around the same time. He was raving about the tasty recipe you posted. I havent tried that one but I tried this one and its amazing:of course you would make some p incredible cookies cleo. that pic looks amazing and exactly like in the link i'll take a proper look at the recipe but at first glance it seems kinda complicated for a first timer like myself Funkydog posted... All lovely when homemade and fresh from the oven. Plus the smell is great too.i love it when they're slightly warm. just like when i go to lidl and the occasional bakery item is fresh out of the oven. ugh the idea of the smell is making me want to bake them asap lol do you do much baking?
