Peanut butter, the inventor seems to change often, what I can see it was invented by the creator of the Kelloggs brand in 1895, who is American. That was at least the top few results on Google. But also George Washington Carver has been credited for it also, who is also American. Either was, its not Canadian.

Easy mode is good for wanting the story in most games, and want a relaxing gaming experience

Harder modes if you want a challenge. Though Harder modes give some games more gameplay. Like Thief adds more goals in each level.

I actually had to wait till new year's for it to finally go through; I suppose someone forgot to process payment and then some bookkeeper had to figure out why they were out when trying to balance at the end of the year
