And not even all the wealthy ones. Japan and Australia have atrocious vaccinaton rates.

The Japan one confuses me. Ganted I don't know everything about Japan, but aren't they pretty considerate about health and not spreading germs? Wearing a mask when sick is a thing they've done for a long time. You'd think the vaccine would be something they would take as a Civil or personal duty.

Yes, in their first practice game. There are caveats though. The story Coach K gives is that Jordan barely played and Daly didn't make any adjustments at all. He essentially threw the game to prove a point and make them take it seriously.

4 was too dark and depressing and it just felt hopeless. The addons I felt were better, Gay Tony and Lost and the Damned. Also the controls and car physics were trash.

5 was definitely way over the top and missions defaulted to mass murder spree too often. The controls weren't great but were less appalling than 4.

4 and 5 each had high spots and low spots that are pains in the ass. I do like 5 much better than 4 because the story doesn't depress me, the setting is better and the controls aren't so weebly wobbly.

This.

Theres probably a dozen ways to account for it. The problem becomes then that the turkey becomes soggy. An oven is preferable for things that arent supposed to get mushy. Honestly, Im hesitant to ever use the microwave. The way things melt when you leave them in too long doesnt sit right with me.

Same with using fire to cook. Charred black? Isnt that full of carcinogens?

Another thing I like is a cool one. I have a little microwave steamer thing that came from an instant meal. It's got a small dish with a smaller basket that fits in it. You can put some water or broth in the bottom and the basket holds the food over it so it steams instead of stews. It's a nice quick way to heat things up without soaking it. I will point out my taste on food is pretty basic and I'm fairly easy to please. lol.

Eventually I gave up on eating it but I just kept going to see if it ever got done on the inside. 2 hours and it never did, the outside was obviously burnt to hell.

Nice try. He could've have been a responsible leader and not downplayed masks, social distancing and other common sense approaches. Now there's a large segment of the population that believes it's a hoax, masks are evil oppression and won't get the vaccine.

There are other countries that have this under far better control. Had dipshit been half the leader he thinks he is we'd be in a much better place.

I actually prefer the Fried chicken from Publix grocery stores(I live in Florida) to KFC.

The Popeye's here is too far away from the house, and they had a major roach problem a few years back so I get a little squeamish about that place.

We had a Church's open up, but it was overpriced garbage. 3 out of 4 people in the house either got sick or had an allergic reaction. Needless to say I never went back, and not many of the initial rush did either. It's a ghost town now after just a year of being open.

The next thing opening up here is a Del Taco, which should be interesting.

For such a mandate to be removed would mean people can freely go anywhere without a mask, not for a business to just pick and choose when its the right time. What an epic fail

You know those signs businesses used to have that said "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone", and the cake makers who won the right to refuse service to a gay couple? That's why Abbott's order means fuck all to responsible businesses.

Ive lived right outside of Chicago my entire life, about 15-20 minutes from OHare, so I know what you mean. During my second behind-the-wheel drivers ed lesson, my instructor took me onto a highway and told me to keep up with the speed of traffic. So I was driving 80+ mph on just my second time on the road.

Still dont think that was a smart way of teaching someone... <_<;

That's insane. For me it was a shock because I came from a small town of 15,000. I had been to Chicago multiple times but driving there my first time was terrifying. I will say the benefit is I was never scared about driving to new places anymore after that. I may not like it, but I'm not scared of it as long as it's not some infamous death road or something.

I'd imagine most Mid West states are. I grew up in Illinois and drove through Wisconsin and Iowa quite a bit. Outside of the urban areas it's just boring. The one nice thing was making good time outside of those urban areas. More often than not I had empty road and just set the cruise control at 90 mph and blasted where I needed to get without having to adjust.

I will add, driving to Chicago, near O'Hare within a week of getting my license was a butt clenching experience.

The biggest thing I remember about 4 (and it was probably coming from this board back in the day) was that people were complaining about the graphics being too realistic. They were hoping that the graphic style would remain "cartoony" like the GTA III games (which was more of a product of Rockstar not having the budget of a AAA studio when III came out more than anything).

Oh, that and getting the "Cousin! Let's go bowling!" phone call every 5 minutes.

Fuck! I had mentally blocked that. I forgot about the annoying way you would get calls to do activities right while you were trying to do other things. Then you would get a ding to the relationship score for declining the offer too.

On the surface it could have helped make it feel more like a living world, but the execution just made it an irritant.

For all of it's cool little touches 4 is not one I'm very fond of. The physics had nice touches like the way people reacted to being shot or hit, but other than that it was wobbly and clunky.

The driving was shit, the cars all felt like heavy, lurching shit boxes.

The story was promising but ended up just being very depressing. It really affected the fun for me.

I did like some things though. I liked being able to go to random clubs and shows which made it feel more like a living world.

I also loved being able to call up to have guns (and cars in the expansions) delivered to you.

Also that they opted for seedy underground places to get weapons instead of Ammunation, which fits much better with the criminal element the franchise is built on IMO.

To the TC, if you are not liking 4 I would recommend 5. While it's not like San Andreas or 3 it's closer than 4 is. The driving is more fun, the physics aren't as clunky and the gameplay is more fun IMO. 5 was kind of a correction from 4 the way I look at it. They went too far in one direction with 4, and 5 was them moving a bit back the other way.
