I'm pretty happy with this game.

There are zoning characters and they're pretty annoying, but it seems like most people have tools to deal with that. Deadshot really seems like he's poorly thought out though. A projectile multiple shot knockback move that also does a ton of chip kinda sucks, as well as his other projectiles. Like, I get he's a keepaway character, but he needs toned down a bit. And there should be meter gain for blocking as well instead of only being hit gives meter.

But these are things that hopefully get fixed soon.

If people dont want to deal with zoning they can just play Street Fighter 5 and deal with 50/50 knockdowns and burst damage potential instead

The only problem is that 2001 doesnt have a game thats in the elite popularity strength tier like Ocarina, FF7, Pokemon RBY, Chrono Trigger

THe strongest is likely Melee and even thats not even as strong as like a Mario 3, World or 64
