Even attractive people have strong insecurities about their looks. Looking at people fixating on flaws that other people would hardly notice I can totally believe these people sincerely believe they are unattractive.

It's hard not to develop issues about your appearance when everything you see on television represents 'Hollywood homely' people who are actually quite attractive, but whom a particular piece of media treats as average or plain. 'If Kiera Knightly in Pride and Prejudice is supposed to be unremarkable and plain, what does that make me?'

I tried it once. I had no idea if I cooked it right. It was poppy and weird. I have a box in my cupboard and I'm scared to cook it because I don't know if I'm doing it correctly.

2 parts water 1 part quinoa.

Rinse it off before adding to the pan, bring to a boil, cover and turn heat to low and let cook for 15 minutes.
