__Smurf__ posted... Your outlook will be changed by papering over dull mechanics with a few big names?
It'll make the game more enticing, certainly. I don't know if it'd really be enough to overcome how boring it looks at the moment, although I'm sure there's more to the mechanics than what we're seeing.
If the gameplay continues to look like it does I'll just wait to pick it up when it's cheap, even if they throw in a bunch of third party characters. Otherwise it's pretty much no buy for me.

I'll wait for more info on Battle Royale. It's got potential but right now it just looks boring. Good third party characters will definitely improve my outlook, though.

The weird thing is my girlfriend's unlocked both of them but neither of the salarians, and I have both the salarians. The RNG is just screwing with us.

Warhammer 40K: Space Marine - I think most people overlooked this as a Gears of War clone, but it's quite different. Melee combat is much more important and the melee hits just feel really powerful. The game got me into the 40K universe and it's got some pretty nice voice work. Mark Strong plays the main character! It's awesome. One of my top ten from last year.
Ogre Battle 64 - One of my favorite games of all time. More people need to play it.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance - Weird choice, but this is a blast to play in co-op and I'd love to see more people on here play it so we could get a group together.

Probably tripping and slamming my forehead into the metal frame of an office door. I blacked out for a bit and had a lump on my forehead bigger than a golfball.
Getting my finger caught in a car door as it was slammed shut and having my fingernail ripped off entirely would be up there too.
I'd say the time I almost drowned but I honestly don't really remember any of that other than the beginning and waking up out of the water. My entire body ached afterwards, though.

DeepsPraw posted... Wipe any excess PB on the clean slice of bread. Cleaning the knife is pointless since the PB isn't going to come off in the jelly jar anyways.
I've done this before as well. And while I know that the PB isn't going to come off I still rinse the knife anyway. Force of habit, I guess.

Yeah, I don't really see a problem with it. It's a small amount of peanut butter and I've washed my hands, so what's the big deal? I then blast it with hot water to get any residue off.
Sometimes I'll use a napkin and wipe it off then rinse it, but that seems wasteful when I could just eat it.

Menji76 posted... But still you're spreading jelly on top of the pb and when you go to get more you'll bring it back.
Actually it's pretty easy to spread jelly over peanut butter without actually touching the peanut butter. I don't think I've ever accidentally brought some peanut butter back into the jelly jar.
Obviously I make mine the same way Halo does. Though I don't use a spoon at all. I just use a knife for both.

GANON1025 posted... Any other shotgun geth infiltrator players here? How did you spec out your guy? I went 6/3/6/6/5
I haven't unlocked him yet, unfortunately, but I'm planning on running him with a shotgun when I do.
Hopefully I'll have the GPS by then.
I do run Geth Engineer. Probably my favorite class. Specced him 6/4/6/4/6 to sort of balance him out and it works pretty well. I use the GPR and the GPSMG right now, though I know there's probably better choices.
The Geth Turret's ability to heal the team's shields is awesome, the thing has saved me so many times. There was one match where we were all Engineers against geth and we just totally destroyed them. We had two turrets out healing at all times, a sentry turret with flamethrower, and a combat drone harassing the enemies. So much fun.

skull_bonek23 posted... Seems interesting but they really need to get some better combat in that series. I mean there isn't anything WRONG with it but after playing DMC3 again it's just hard to take GoW seriously.
Gotta agree with this. The games are fun but the combat could be better.
Hopefully this one mixes it up a bit. I'm a bit tired of the GoW formula.

Nope, no krogan. In fact, the only classes I don't have from the base game are the two krogans and the two quarians. Missing the Krogan Battlemaster, Geth Infiltrator, and Batarian Soldier as well.

Krogan Ally achievement get! Only 9 left. Gotta do Insanity after this, get the ally achievements for Garrus and Tali in the process, and hit LV60. Then the three power usage achievements that require an Engineer.
So much Mass Effect. I have a bunch of other games I need to play, too. But even when I'm not playing this I end up playing ME3 multiplayer.
Still don't have a krogan or quarian in that. It sucks.

Just finished Noveria in my ME1 Hardcore Adept run. I've already done all of the sidequests that were unlocked up until that point, so now I just have to finish up any that unlock after finishing story planets. Got Kaidan's ally achievement already, just need the one for Wrex for this run. So close to getting all the achievements and then I have the entire series complete.

I do indeed. Got the Omniblade as well. Now if only I could work something from Dead Space onto it without it looking terrible I'd have all three of my favorite current gen series represented.

Sorry, I was testing out the Geth Engineer and actually managed to solo Bronze pretty easily for the first time. Couldn't pop away to reply to your message. You guys credit farming right now?
And I frigging love the Geth Engineer. Geth Turret specced for shield restoration is amazing. I need to get the GPR and GPSMG to LV10 ASAP. Might try the GPS if I ever get it.

Well, this sucks. The game is freezing at the menu every single time it tries to connect to the EA servers. Other people seem to be having the same problem. I've tried 5+ times, and I've even cleared the cache and changed the disc.
Gonna try deleting and redownloading the DLC next.

PS3 and Wii are fairly close and 360 has the lead by a large margin, mostly because I've owned one for most of this generation and only recently picked up a PS3. The 360 is still my console for multiplatform titles and I actually like most of the exclusives it has. And I prefer the 360 controller by quite a bit.
