Well dang, maybe I should give it a few more chances. Any advice? I know that Charging into bosses and midbosses is a bad idea unless they're almost dead.

Having a good shotgun helps. I'm using the Geth Plasma Shotgun, it has great range so you can even take people out at a distance. As for the charging into bosses, it depends on which ones. I've found Ravagers, for instance, to be pretty easy to just charge shoot, then charge in and heavy melee it to death.

Just finished Noveria in my ME1 Hardcore Adept run. I've already done all of the sidequests that were unlocked up until that point, so now I just have to finish up any that unlock after finishing story planets. Got Kaidan's ally achievement already, just need the one for Wrex for this run. So close to getting all the achievements and then I have the entire series complete.

Krogan Ally achievement get! Only 9 left. Gotta do Insanity after this, get the ally achievements for Garrus and Tali in the process, and hit LV60. Then the three power usage achievements that require an Engineer.

So much Mass Effect. I have a bunch of other games I need to play, too. But even when I'm not playing this I end up playing ME3 multiplayer.

Still don't have a krogan or quarian in that. It sucks.

I got the battlemaster with my victory pack. Might have to try out the vanguard just because of that.

Murph, I remember when I went for the ME1 achievements. Good times. Still have a few in 3 before I can claim series completion, but hopefully I'll get it before the inevitable DLC. =P

Nope, no krogan. In fact, the only classes I don't have from the base game are the two krogans and the two quarians. Missing the Krogan Battlemaster, Geth Infiltrator, and Batarian Soldier as well.

Oh, wow, I've somehow become even more disappointed in ME3. I didn't even know you could have any conversations with him until seeing that video. Apparently I had to talk to him after activating the medi-gel dispenser sidequest, but before completing it, and he's standing in a place that you have no reason to walk to while doing that sidequest, especially considering it takes like 20 seconds to complete it after activating. :(

I mean, I thought it was really weird how he appeared out of nowhere at the end of it, so I guess it's good to know that it was supposed to make sense. But it sucks knowing that there's a much longer convo and I guess war assets you get from talking to him that you totally miss otherwise? It also would have been a lot funnier watching the concluding scene to that quest if I actually had the context of knowing he was hanging around the docks and had a reason for being there instead of him coming totally out of left field.

No multi event this weekend; they're shifting to an every-other schedule.

The next one is called Operation Exorcist.
