I didn't think Monster Hunter would look this good for another couple of installments, because all the games seem to look one gen behind everything else. And it's not even the graphics, either. The new moves I'm seeing for the hammer and longsword look outrageous and I love it. And I've never played a bow or gun beyond dicking around with them in training missions before, but this is really making me consider trying them out. And what was going on there from 1:49 to 1:50 in the trailer? Was that a fucking sea snake biting the neck of an Arzuros-looking thing?! Or maybe it's not the case in all game modes, because I ran into a map this past Tempest Trial where I put my Azura in range of only an enemy Olivia, and instead of attacking it, a Frederick moved up and then got danced so he could kill her. I was in shock because I've never seen the AI: 1. Move a unit that can't reach an enemy before attacking with one that can. 2.
