Actually, most of the DLC can't be 3rd-party. 3rd-Party DLC costs $8 instead of $6, so unless they struck some really good deals with other companies, the price of that Season Pass doesn't make much sense.

What are you basing this price stuff on? If the Smash wiki is right, the third party characters in 4 were $6. The Nintendo characters were cheaper, but they didn't come with stages like the 3rd parties did.

$6 per character/stage pack in Ultimate is right in line with that
