If I ever start reading manga, I'll definitely start with Watamote. It's already my favorite anime and a lot of people seem to think that the post-anime content is even better!

I also just remembered, those interns in S2 were awful too so it wasn't all Nene's fault.

I thought Nene was a hugely annoying character, so I enjoyed S2 way less than the first. I agree with your opinions about the rest of the cast though. Yun and Hajime were boring.

Yeah, the characters being poorly developed was what held GuP back for me too (I thought it was good, not great). Of the main five girls, I can hardly remember anything about two of them. Only the one who knew a lot about tanks really stood out for me

Something like High School Fleet, which wasn't exactly similar but did have a military focus and a similar number of characters, did a way better job communicating their quirks and relationships, I thought.

The fact that you seem to be doing those 'not seen' ones alphabetically makes me wonder if you've seen AICO. I don't remember you ever mentioning it and your MAL is set to private so I can't check. Still, now I'm excited to see if it shows up!

Some day the anime community at large will realize how good Chihayafuru is.

It's one of a great many anime I plan to watch 'someday' so maybe I'll help make this a reality at some point!
