I've gotten hit with too many speeding tickets in my life, so I straight up refuse to go more than 5 over the posted limit. Minor exceptions for when I'm passing in the left lane on a two lane highway, or passing in a one-lane highway.

If I'm in the middle lane of a 3 lane highway and everyone around me is going 70 in a 55, they can fuck off if they think I'm going to go more than 60. I'm not going to be the one who gets "plucked" by the cop just so you can get somewhere 28 seconds faster.

Yes. It's our go-to every time from Costco. I always sprinkle on a little more mozzarella since I always have some on hand, but it certainly doesn't need it. Hot sauce as well if I'm feeling spicy.

Glad this case was charged but it should depend from case to case.

For example, if the parent gives the kid the gun, they should be responsible for all counts.
If the gun is hidden but not locked, and the kid finds it by deliberately knowing where to look, the parents should be charged with something, but not everything.
If the gun is securely locked away with no ammo and unloaded and inside a LOCKED gun safe, but the kid somehow finds/guesses the code and gets into the stash, then I'm not sure I'd agree with charging the parents on any count.

It all depends. If the code is like, stickey-noted in the safe or something then obviously they should still be charged.

Hope this does start a precedent in some cases though.

I'd say I'm middle down the line. I like any and all parodies family guy does. They're great at making fun of other media or cliches. But you don't really watch them for any semblance of a cohesive narrative.

It's why the short 1-2 minute youtube clips make me laugh but not so much the whole thing. It's less than the sum of its parts

It was well done for a cute youtube mini series, but as an amazon-backed series, it's really not very good. Honestly salvaged by the musical numbers which are pretty catchy.

Lol I was watching this movie the past week too! I... had the opposite reaction you did. It's beyond terrible. Most of family guy humor is mean-spirited so that's nothing new, but this just wasn't funny either in addition to being mean-spirited.

Why do people go out of their way to watch commercials

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Rick and Morty. The humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Rick's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realise that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Rick & Morty truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Rick's existential catchphrase "Wubba Lubba Dub Dub," which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Dan Harmon's genius wit unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools.. how I pity them.

And yes, by the way, i DO have a Rick & Morty tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- and even then they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand. Nothin personnel kid
