English is listed under the supported languages so it'll be the same as the cartridge

You would need JPN eshop cards for it

You can get it digital if you've got a JPN Nintendo account

The only reason JP dubs sound better is because you don't understand what they're saying. 100% it's just as cringy and bad as the english dub just in moonspeak.

Japanese voice acting has only sounded better to me as I learned more of the language
