Not sure but I think it would still be pretty cool even if it is cloudy. I think the cloud combined with totality would make in incredibly dark in the middle of the day.

When Phelps was still olympic training, he ate 10,000 calories a day, but literally swam 10 hours every day.

6 day a week weightlifting twice a week light cardio. But I don't think I'm burning that much, I'm not like sweating much at the gym or anything while lifting. Obvs I sweat while running but I only go like 30 min at a time.

i think you have to be in the path of total eclipse for it to actually become night outdoors

Of course, it only darkens in proportion to the amount covered.

Yeah that's why I'm doing it, the science is pretty clear about sugar's connection with mortality even when controlling for body fat, but it doesn't say anything about you "feeling" better.

Protip: Nearly everything you buy has sugar in it. You haven't cut down on sugar as much as you think you have.

I track everything I eat on MyFitnessPal, I've gone from routinely eating close to 300g a day to being sub 50g.
