Take a shower and alternate between hot and cold water. That helps me when my headache is fading and getting close to being gone altogether.

Eh it'll still last a while. It's just that my 10 lasted 2 days and had me actually throwing up.

I just think personally, I have a lot of willpower. But if my hormones were telling me to eat hard enough, I woulnd't be able to overcome. I think everyone has a limit where if their hormones are telling them hard enough they won't be able to resist eating.

Luckily my hormones tell me to stop eating when it's convenient but for other people it might be more tricky.

I don't understand why they don't remove the stomach in this surgery. they connect the esophagus to the duodenum and the stomach is free floating in the abdomen.

Idk I would assume there are patients who want to reverse the surgery at some point, tho im not sure if thats possible

Part of the charm of the original show was that you got to meet so many characters and places over the 24 episode seasons. I don't think there's away you can condense 12 hours into a 3 hour movie.
