I was wanted a better descriptive term. Metroidvania having the full name "Metroid" in it always seemed odd to me.

It's one of those things that have just stuck and everyone's used to.

Like sure you could call it a 2D exploration based platformer or something but that's a very big mouthful when Metroidvania tells you everything important you need to know very quickly

It's because they are literally Metroid with Castlevania thrown on. The map exploration and upgrades to character movement are almost the same.

I'm not even going to attempt Cowboy Bebop since I don't think I can make it through 26 episodes in 8 days. :(
I like Cowboy Bebop even more than Trigun. I just ran out of time to watch it. They're both on Hulu for eight more days and I'm working for all but one of them. It would be possible to marathon the series, but that would knock me out of other things.

Bebop should be on Netflix, they added it prior to the live action show premier

It's not uncommon for the mortgage company to pay the insurance bill out of your escrow. I imagine most of them do it to make sure the property is insured

I tend to ignore them usually, I'll complete the achievements if it only requires one playthrough and I don't have to do anything really annoying though.
