Fucking cancer. Its taken too many people. Not sure what your medical accessibility is, so maybe your Dad was worried about the financial side of it, as well as the physical. I knew an older lady a while ago who didnt bother with the treatments because it was advanced and she wanted to go out on her own terms. Things like that make ya sad and mad too because we havent beaten these diseases yet.

Cept it is not. Just like real life, depends on how close you are. The ones closer to Thor do assist with his pain, but most of them are not that close unfortunately. His mother saying he needs to eat a salad is actually good for Thor, she knows he let himself go and needs to take care of himself, but doesn't want to be too harsh on him about it, and makes it a joke to help lighten his mood.

Now we have a psychologist speaking on this matter, and they are not only a trans person but also has worked directly with hundreds of trans teens on this matter, but you and others here do not want to acknowledge that. They often use the persons name or the context doesnt require the name or a pronoun being mentioned. This isnt to say they dont have gendered salutations. They do and some are used quite a bit.
