But yeah like I said you can't know until you're in the moment but I do think it's at least theoretically viable and I do think my personality type synergizes well with being able to execute the strategy, so I'm not gonna be so humble to say I absolutely can't do it. Like if a guy guaranteed me a million bucks if I could win a death match with a wolf, assuming medical staff was on hand to treat the winner's injuries immediately? I'd give it a shot. I'm calm enough and have a high enough pain tolerance to execute that with a jacketed arm I think. But I've never been bit with that force before so who knows if my pain tolerance is good enough-- also depending on the size of the wolf that leverage might not even be enough for it to not just overpower me I'm not exactly at my life's peak fitness levels right now. Doesn't seem like it'd be viable against more than one wolf though and I don't think I could possibly execute any other strategy successfully in a fight vs wolves so one would be the limit if I could even take one. --- No problem! (although I think that was only Bryan & Dave and not here?) Like it was stupid booking in a TNA/Russo type sense but it's not like it did any damage to him whatsoever. He stumbled off the apron and stepped into a dumpster and lost a match for it (because apparently you don't have to actually have the dumpster closed on you to lose??), then promptly stepped out of the dumpster and killed Kallisto. Though I think some people in here were like "you couldn't have Kallisto lose that match" but I mean he may as well have. But the Roman Reigns loss was way worse than that is what I'm saying. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

Also more acceptable because it turns Superman into Dark Superman which splinters into an alternate universe kinda thing, and Superman going dark and fundamentally changing and being traumatized after that actually makes sense. I mean it's stupid sure but given the premise is "Superman turns evil" I'm actually fairly okay with the execution there. If say, he'd been mind controlled and ordered to kill Lois that'd have been less acceptable as he should just deus ex machina his way out of it I think rather than doing it. If he'd willingly done it in any circumstance, which is more akin to Cap's thing as I understand it, it'd be even worse to the point I'd argue if you're going main universe no spinoffs you've basically ruined Superman beyond repair without some sorta retcon at that point. --- No problem! On paper either one kinda seems like it's something Cap shouldn't have done no matter what the circumstances, even if mind control or whatever is involved, it kinda just taints the image of Cap more than it should be. There are just certain things certain characters shouldn't do ever no matter how far you twist the narrative to reach that point and be "justified" in doing so. --- No problem! | Lopen 04/27/17 2:38:59 PM #336 | Personally I think a cool thing to replace it with would be: Nalp eht fo Trap Lla (Peacetime) - Once every 4 weeks, Alucard may lay the most devious of traps as he shows the true depths of the Plan. Alucard may not use further abilities this week, but it's all part of the plan-- two Plan options will take effect at the start of your ability phase next week! This is kinda neat because it allows you to keep your Plan used in a relevant way weekly on low tier weeks where you don't wanna pay Alucard down, or weeks where you know you're winning. It does kinda go a bit further down the rework rabbit hole than you may have wanted but I think it would be a small enough tweak that it's no big deal. Alternatively just keep the idea behind Retro Plan but just populate it with other options. Call it Plan v2 or Arikado's Plan or Planception or reuse this name or something. --- No problem!
