So the Intelligence SPECIAL stat is quite useful, since it determines how much Exp. you get - higher INT will allow you to level up faster. There's no real downside to leveling up quickly and plenty to gain (better access to weapons, Power Armor, and more perks available), so I'd recommend starting with high INT. And this is why I made my post. You level up far quicker with Idiot Savant than investing heavily into INT for a slight bump in base EXP. The higher your INT the harder it is to make Idiot Savant proc. She's doubled down in interviews on her actions, claiming they "needed to be done", and this past weekend talked about how ridiculous it was that Commander, Biden's dog who has bit 24 secret service members (her numbers, Republicans lie so I doubt that's accurate, however I don't know the actual number), hasn't already been put down and kept asking Kristen Welker (I believe) "what number would you think would be the right number for that course of action?" And I haven't heard too many details on it, however I guess either Monday or also on the weekend she talked about killing horses in the past, I guess to make it clear she's an equal opportunist who will kill any animal. The MAGA movement is inherently built around cruelty, where the most cruel are held in the highest regard, so the working theory is that's who she was trying to impress and look "strong" to, however even many Republicans have been wtfing over this and everybody who's not a Republican is extremely repulsed. Dude's being charged with like 31 separate felonies which all come with mandatory time in jail, if I'm not mistaken, not 1-3. What you said would normally fly for most cases, however they'd be foolish to give him nothing for all the charges (assuming he's found guilty of them all). My general policy is if I block someone it's because I'm trying to remove their existence as part of my experiences with this site so nobody who I feel deserves to be blocked do I ever intend to remove from the list. Count Corvinus is actually one of those people lol and I imagine they do what you're talking about because people dogpile on them and give them a ton of shit and they get flustered with particular people so they block them. However, since that account exists to agitate and troll others, they undo their block list because if they block everybody then they'll have nobody to troll and make shitposts for.
