I had been running like 2 miles a day from middle of June till the end of August (along with some tennis and other things), but I've been having some abdominal pains, either strained/pulled/tore something I think, trying to rest for a bit and see if it heals quickly or not so quickly

I mean depending on the servant it's pretty important

you're gonna typically want all important skills to at least hit level 6 so their cooldown is lowered by 1 turn. level 10 lowers it by two turns

the 10% swordz is referring to gets you characters that are maybe 4* equivalents in this game if that. 90% of them are useless in the current meta, and anything below an SSR is instant turbo fodder, may as well be a 3* CE

and you can do plenty of multis getting only SRs and Rs
