There's really no right answer. It depends on who you are and/or who you know.

If you are or know someone who is elderly or immunocompromised, the panic is warranted as this virus has shown to be quite devastating to those people. Although the small instances of young children with the virus is interesting. I can't remember the name but I saw earlier that we have a board member whose wife is on dialysis. In that case, he has every right to be hyperalert about this virus and every other illness really.

If you and the people you know are in generally good health, then the panic is largely unnecessary.

I've heard that the older versions of Limewire are still fully functional as long as you don't upgrade to a newer version. Even if you don't have it anymore, there are still plenty of other ways to give your computer AIDS.

I'm not sure of the other 23 but the 2 mentioned in TC's article were in their 80s. Right in the demographic that is particularly susceptible to the virus. I read an article that said of the 22 deaths in King County, 19 of them have been linked to the Life Care Center, a nursing home.

No. As someone who washes their hands regularly, practices universal precautions at work and is, in general, in good health, I'm not too worried about it.

I'm worried for our elderly and immunocompromised though.

Main reason being it was barely a remake. It was basically just MGS1 in MGS2's engine. Only reason to get it was if you somehow never had a PS1 (or a PS2 since it could play PS1 games), only had a Gamecube, and wanted to play a Metal Gear game. I mean when it came out MGS1 wasn't even rare or ridiculously expensive, you could get it for $10-$15 used.

If you're playing the game normally, you don't. I think TC is trying to collect all of the packages before doing the first few missions. That requires using the Dodo because the bridge doesn't start moving until you're more than halfway through the story.

Nothing wrong with being picky about who you live with. The "be gone 8 hours a day" part is a little weird. But for $500 a month rent that includes utilities, you'd probably get a lot of skeevy applicants so I can understand the checklist of parameters. And getting along with my dog would be a requirement for me too.
