Hey I haven't run a Save My in years, but the hype over the upcoming Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl made me want to run something for it.

Eligible Characters:

• Anyone from an animated show that premiered on Nickelodeon
• Anyone from an animated show that premiered on Nick Jr.
• Anyone from an international animated show that had its American premiere on Nickelodeon or Nick Jr.
• Anyone from an acquired animated show that had the majority of its run on Nickelodeon or Nick Jr (ie. not things like Looney Tunes)
• Animated Nickelodeon commercial mascots

Rules:

• You personally (no bots/scripts/lending of accounts) can save 2 characters per hour.
• A character needs 1 votes to be saved.
• 1 unique users need to save a character for that character to be saved.
• Ambiguous saves will not count.
• Last character unsaved is eliminated.
• No alts, rallies, trades, or editing votes
• If you want to update, make sure it's accurate.
• Only Johnbobb can start up new topics
• I'm copying most of these rules from the SMFFFC contest but I don't know what lawyering is

Zithers is absolutely right when saying that depiction isn't an endorsement. Put a little more thought into this, the great films deserve the effort.

Eh, I don't know about all that. I think that's kinda where my mindset was the first time I watched it, but the more I see it, the more this movie strikes me as closer to how stifled sees it. I mean sure, Wayne's character's racism is a character flaw, but it's not one that's ever chastised by the film. If anything it seems to hold the perspective that Wayne's character should be pitied, as though his cowboy nature (native-hating and all) is something he can't ever unlearn and it's his own life suffering for it

Not gonna complain about the ranking but I am gonna complain that Johnbobb didn't mention Logan once.

Yeah in hindsight I really shouldn't given that the parallels are so obvious and Shane literally appears in Logan! Shane is the kind of movie that I feel like is a lot better for its influence as opposed to how much I enjoy it on its own which makes it hard to rank

I'd say the last leg of the game is at least a 9, but most of the stuff building up to it is a little lackluster from a story perspective. Memorable side stories and characters help it though.
