No, at face value he shouldn't be assaulted. But I don't feel bad for racists that get assaulted. And it turns out everything they said happened has been a lie. I didn't investigate that. It was apparently easy for the school district to disprove when they did their investigation.

I don't know that this is really in question most of the time, but with a lot of crimes the onus is on the perpetrator not the victim.

id say its victim blaming if youre looking for a way to blame the victim. the kid was assaulted, and all anyone here has done since you found out was try to figure out how it was HIS fault. would you do that with a rape victim? would you do that with a black victim who was assaulted by a bunch of white kids?

dont get me wrong, i am a confessed victim blamer myself, and this kid is no different. he did something dumb as fuck, and im not at all surprised he paid for it. i subscribe to the philosophy that there are no victims, only volunteers. you all on the other hand have claimed to detest the very behavior youve all been showing.

I don't think he should be assaulted but everything they're saying happened is turning out to not be true. He got hit by one girl and wasn't wearing a MAGA hat. So who knows what happened. Maybe he deserved getting hit by the girl lmao

Although, given the age, I am actually pretty sympathetic to the kid, regardless of the circumstances. If he was being a racist prick to such an extent as to elicit a beating, that's coming pretty much entirely from his upbringing. He hasn't been around long enough to learn to be racist on his own, meaning he's a victim of both this beating and some garbage parenting. That's just sad.

They were at a party a few apartments down, but were shut down for noise complaints.
