True, but not what I meant. If, for example, he had slipped and fell off the bridge onto her, and there was a reasonable cause to believe this, then it's much harder to make a case. But he didn't slip and fall off a bridge. That's ridiculous. If if he jumped off the bridge on purpose and accidentally landed on her that's negligent. He didn't do his due diligence in verifying he wasn't going to land on someone and caused serious bodily injury to someone.

idk people will be critical of what tc is saying but it's pretty common for people who start losing weight to realize how really overweight/fat a lot of people are getting to be.

it's easy to normalize being slightly overweight because a lot of people are 10-20lbs overweight. that doesn't make it right or healthy but it's pretty normal.
