pretty much, if anything Dems have always loved to distance themselves from their leaders in an effort to be some reasonable both-sides moderate, and they're *always* concerned with the idea of being "too left"

and then of course there's the other side of Dems who hate the party for being such weak cowards afraid to actually do anything and that they should focus less on the political calculus which lead them down a road of pandering lies

This is the problem with CNN inviting Richard Spencer for him to spread misinformation. He *really* shouldn't be taken at his word when Richard Spencer has already said that his and the alt-right's goal is to shift the reality of what society deems unthinkable.



Claiming Trump isn't racist enough in an effort to disassociate and normalize him and shift the overton window their direction is the entire purpose, because yes even the Klan knows the Klan is a tough sell off the bat. Richard Spencer's job on CNN wasn't to make the case that Richard Spencer and his ideology are reasonable directly, but to lighten up Trump's image to be more palatable.

I really don't see any argument that Trump isn't an alt-righter. White nationalism is one of the most flagrant aspects of Trump's political career, literally built off of birtherism, the muslim ban, and dreading the Great Replacement of Mexicans invading and infesting the country.

I can only imagine saying he's not alt-right would be confusing alt-right with incels. You can make the argument that he's not leading the movement so much as following it and I'd agree because eating up whatever garbage sounds good to Trump and regurgitating it to the world is what he does, he doesn't have the brain capacity of individual thought to lead anything. But parsing in alt-right trash as what "sounds good" to Trump and forms his world view very much makes him an alt-righter.

Edward would in no way at all beat Auron, his comics strength has been straggling along the last few rounds - topping Kefka because VI messed up and thought Kefka was safe, then had a *massive* goat rush to the finish line in the semis for Light to steamroll.

Auron would do plenty fine with the casual vote, repeat winner isn't much a factor these days.

Edward was just an absolute perfect goat, it's hard to really think of any better. It's a character that's honestly pretty disliked among the IV cast.
