I used to go to the movies every week, sometimes more than that depending.

I've only seen one movie at the theater during the pandemic and that was Wonder Woman 1984 on Christmas Day. Prior to that was Onward in March.

Millennial here. Happy to have had the experiences I had growing up. The World Wide Web was barely a thing, no social media, no smartphones. Got to see what the world was like before we all depended on these things. Also 90's culture was kind of awesome.

Money.

Getting rid of all diseases and viruses would not be without its consequences. The ecosystem would inevitably be destroyed and humans would overpopulate the planet. It might seem like a good thing at first, but I think it would lead to more negatives than benefits.

For me the first indication I wasn't straight was when I was 11ish. Was going to swim and at friends place and so we were going to change.

My friend slipped outta his clothes, stripped off his undies and then got his swim shorts on. I remember feelin all funny. Was a tad confused but didn't think much of it til years later after I realized "oh that's the origin of that".
Very similar, but I was actually in preschool. The boys went behind a partitioned area of the room to get undressed for swimming. I remember being interested in what I saw. One of the few things I do remember about preschool, haha.

Of course, I didn't really have gay thoughts or understood what it was until I was about 12. But there were a few scattered moments before then that stick out in my mind in hindsight.

why would she report you, the customer i mean?
I'm not really sure. Maybe because the receipt showed $1,000 instead of $100. Or because she was just a Karen.

At the time Target had a quota system cashiers had to meet too. You only had so much time to complete a transaction. If you were quick enough you got a green score. And if you were too slow you got a red score. You had to stay above a certain percentage of greens. I remember always being above 95%, which was great, but I thought that left more room for mistakes since you were always trying to be as quick as possible.

No, not technically.

My very first job in high school was at Target. I was hired as a seasonal worker for three months to be a cashier and work on the sales floor. I thought I did a decent job, but one day I made a mistake on the register. A customer gave me a $100 bill and I accidentally rang it up as $1,000. Although I gave the customer the correct change, she reported me to my supervisor, who then said I could no longer work as a cashier. I was kind of hurt by it because I enjoyed cashiering quite a bit. After the Christmas season was over, I was not renewed to stay on full-time and I suspect that's why.

I still have 20/20 vision and have never had cavities, so I'm okay with how my eyes and teeth are.

Perfect skin is something that has alluded me though. I had pretty severe acne as a teen that left me with scarring I'm still sometimes self-conscious about. Lasers and skin peels haven't helped much.
