Or no effect on actually exploring the city and messing around/driving fast cars and doing crazy stunts at top speed and quick exiting the vehicle at the last minute just before it explodes? To start their stats are different. One is a better shooter, one is a better driver, etc, but the stats can be increased and once you max them all out they're all the same. The only difference is they all have a special ability unique to them. One can slow down time on foot, one can slow down time while driving, and one becomes nearly invincible and powerful for a short time. You change characters by holding down on the D-Pad and selecting the character you want to switch to. --- |
