though none were actually bought from steam. got octopath on greenmangaming for 25 bucks and yakuza 1+2 for like 11 total on newegg. they are the steam versions though.

trigger is

cross is ok. without the crappy trigger tie-ins and info dump before the last boss the game is pretty great. a remake focusing on a smaller cast and a battle system that builds on the dual/triple techs would be 10/10. games music and art style are so good and so are the story portions that don't have to do with trigger.

Eh... well... Stingray and Aisha got cut from the cast and didnt even get final scenes.

i didn't care for either character but this is pretty shitty. aisha at least should have had some sort of farewell scene. still though they may return? i don't think kyler or yas showed up at all in season 2.

That's actually pretty impressive for a laptop although it's kind of in a weird grey area where it's overkill for 1080p and underkill for 4K.

for a laptop though i think its completely fine. 4k on a 15 or 17 inch screen is unnecessary.

i recently replayed it for the first time since like 02 and felt the same until i got to besaid, which is very early on. things start to get more interesting there because you start getting an idea of what's going on plus you actually start getting into some battles.

FFX would be a lot better if they allow us to skip cutscenes.

ffx on pc has a really ugly way of doing this. one of the enhancement mods lets you speed the game up by up to 8x (or maybe more it's been a year since i've used it). it can get really wonky because the voice acting still continues at a normal pace until you finish the cutscene but it's better than the nothing that square gave us.

i'm kind of surprised that somebody that would go back and play tooie would mind grunty industries. it might take the tedium farther than the other levels but they all still suck and have the same issues on a smaller scale. personally i'm never gonna play that fucking game again.
