For atheists or agnostics, try and imagine yourself as a member of the faith you're most knowledgeable about. I'm a Christian. I believe in Heaven and Hell. I still view this lifetime as its own thing. I don't believe in spending one's life awaiting another one. It's also not as if the threat of damnation is the only thing keeping me from becoming an axe murderer. On the whole, I think there would be three primary differences:

But this just seems like something written by a theist with a negative view of atheists or by an atheist with a negative view of theists. What does he say when he's about to die?
