What if you were sitting next to him? Think about it, you can't sleep, can't focus on anything so no distractions, idk if you can wear earplugs on a plane, and even if you could they wouldn't help because you're too close to the source of sound.

tough shit. I've seen a bit of the video, and from what i gather the kid is screaming/ crying because (i assume) he does not like being on that plane. Sure i'd be annoyed / irritated, but i wouldn't take it out on the kid. It's a shitty situation but just deal with it.

another good way to divide your workouts is:

-Legs
-Pushing (chest, shoulders, triceps)
-Pulling (Back bis)
-rest

protein after your workout, as soon as possible (within 30 mins - 1 hour)

I think it's best to wait a bit after your last meal to workout, sometimes i workout first thing in the morning but wouldn't recommend it until you know how your body reacts
