Like 30 years ago it would have been "OMG THE KIDS HAVE BEEN GONE FOR 3 HOURS WHERE ARE THEY?!?!" and now it's like "It's been 3 hours... but looks like they're at some semi-close convenience store and heading back now. All good." It was kinda funny because we started eating without them and when they were walking along a nearby street to get back, I went out and yelled "Hurry up! We're already eating and there's only 1 food left!" but they were too far away to hear me :(. I felt like that was a really good stupid dad joke and it was wasted because I was too slow on the draw lol |

The story was an asinine shit show. The characters were annoying (though I actually kinda like Squall and Rinoa >_>), but the music is fantastic and I actually really liked the junction system... granted I kinda broke the game with it but I feel like the game was meant to be broken with it. imo FF6-8 were a golden age for boss music in the series. |
