I don't give the unborn that much credit because they don't deserve it. you may ask why don't they? I'd answer that with why do they? you and I just have opposing default settings here. you inherently give credit unless something makes it undue. I inherently give no credit unless something makes it due. an embryo hasn't made it due imo. it hasn't made it undue iyo.

Judicial activists are typically progressives because that's what progressives do... a conservative activist judge would be someone who declares fetuses to be protected by the constitution, for example. It's just rare to see that.

I really liked bbcan3 and 4 even more, though I agree the final 2 were atrocious (well, technically both were bad finalists, but overall, 2 out of the final 3 people in the final 2 we're bad. the other was more just guilty by association>_>). the 3 people I enjoyed the most though all made it to the final 6 so that's good, even though none of the won.

I have liked season 5 so far. interested to see how this backwards week works.

well I'll say the first 3 weeks of BBCan5 have been chaotic and a lot of fun
