$60 Canadian. Really it's not bad considering it came with 2 memory cards, 2 controllers (One of which has a cool design that I've never seen before) and GTA San Andreas.
They're going for about $120 on Amazon Canada.

I ended up taking apart my slim PS2 not long after purchase due to a weak eject mechanism. With a small mechanical modification, it has since opened with borderline excessive force.

That sounds like the same problem this one had. I had a PS1 slim with kinda the same problem as well.
It's those tiny little springs. They can kinda be a bitch to handle. I used a screwdriver to reconnect it.
