I believe that by taking the second amendment away and banning guns, positive change could happen, but it definitely wouldn't be quick change. There would still be guns everywhere in America. Still, I think the ends would justify the means.
Imagine what America would be like today if guns were banned right after Columbine. I'm willing to bet it would be less violent and much safer now.
Guns are very ingrained in American culture though. Gun violence in America will not be an easy problem to fix and I doubt it will EVER get better tbh.

I just watched Dark Knight and DKR, gotta disagree with whoever said DKR. League of Shadows were the best villains of the trilogy. DKR made Batman Begins even better as one complete story. Dark Knight was good, but the weakest in the trilogy IMO. It could have been a standalone film, and while Joker is an awesome villain, he wasn't as developed or focused on as much as I would've liked him to be.
